The hotel had stars on the ceiling that reflected the lights, providing a very comfortable stay with a super bathroom. The rooms had all the amenities such as a robe, slippers, Nespresso machine, TV, desk, closet space, and a nice bathroom vanity area, but the Nespresso machine never worked throughout our stay.

The hotel offers a unique and amusing experience with its almost suite-like rooms featuring gold finished bath, toilet, and bidet, along with a canopied bed. The service provided was exceptional, with a special character always ready to assist guests. The location, set in a perfectly restored medieval castle, is simply stunning. The dining experience exceeded expectations, offering a spacious and luxurious setting.

The service was warm and welcoming, though I did wish for more attentive check-ins.
