The hotel had stars on the ceiling that reflected the lights, providing a very comfortable stay with a super bathroom. The rooms had all the amenities such as a robe, slippers, Nespresso machine, TV, desk, closet space, and a nice bathroom vanity area, but the Nespresso machine never worked throughout our stay.

The hotel offers a unique and amusing experience with its almost suite-like rooms featuring gold finished bath, toilet, and bidet, along with a canopied bed. The service provided was exceptional, with a special character always ready to assist guests. The location, set in a perfectly restored medieval castle, is simply stunning. The dining experience exceeded expectations, offering a spacious and luxurious setting.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and quirky charm. The rooms, though overlooking the pool, were a bit shabby yet had a touch of amusing luxury with gold-finished fixtures. The service was warm and welcoming, though I did wish for more attentive check-ins. The location felt deserted at times, but it offered a typical Relais Chateaux experience between Clermont-Ferrond and Lyon. The dining experience was satisfactory but lacked a wow factor. Overall, the facilities were decent, but some aspects needed more attention.

The rooms are wonderfully thought out for the perfect relaxing and exciting holiday, despite being one of the most expensive options. The stars on the ceiling that reflected the lights truly added a special touch. The service was overseen well overall but had some areas to improve. The location, in the old castle in Auvergne, offers a unique environment, though not the most convenient for exploring the area to the east of Clermont-Ferrand. The dining experience, while generally very poor, had the additional charm of homemade jams. The facilities had some positives but also some negatives to consider.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of luxury and quirkiness. The rooms were almost like a suite with a funny touch of gold-finished bath fixtures and a canopied bed, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. However, the absence of a shower was a bit of a surprise. The service was a bit too formal for my taste, although the staff was young, warm, and approachable. The location was perfect for exploring the eastern area of Clermont-Ferrand, offering a relaxed setting for a delightful holiday. The dining experience was a mix of bigger portions than usual in France but lacked variety, and the facilities were top-notch with various convenient offerings.
